Are you interested in helping people in Lincolnshire to achieve their financial goals? At Castlegate, we are constantly on the lookout for competent financial services administrators to support the lifeblood of our business – providing excellent financial advice to clients.
We are looking for people with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. You have a strong knowledge of accounting principles and an ability to work well with compliance and industry regulations. You should be competent at gathering data and writing clear reports.
Record keeping is vital to the role. So our financial services administrators need to be diligent in keeping track of invoices, tax payments and reimbursements. You should be confident with the preparation of income statements, balance sheets and budgets.
We need savvy people who can quickly spot account discrepancies and perform account reconciliations. You should be proficient in using modern accounting software. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field is strongly preferred.

At Castlegate, we are an experienced team of financial planners based in our main office here in Grantham – with offices in 11 total locations across the Lincolnshire region. Many of our financial planners have achieved chartered status, which is widely regarded as the top qualification that a financial planner can attain.
This means that our clients in Grantham not only have access to a local financial professional (for convenience), but also some of the best financial advice available in the UK. This does not detract from our personal service, however. Our team is commended for its friendliness, approachability and emphasis on building trusting relationships.

I enjoy the variety of tasks I get to be involved with in my role within the Castlegate Pension Administration department. Every day is different and there is always an opportunity to learn something new.
